Lisa Osma runs the business operation for 1st Line Protection and is directly responsible for managing HR, staffing, scheduling, payroll and billing.
Lisa’s experience overseeing large project integrations across multiple industries enables her to see and manage the many pieces and protocols that goes into security management. She also has a background in marketing and communications positioning her perfectly to prepare and manage all proposals, project scoping, and project mapping.
Michal Perri has 10 years of law enforcement experience with the New York City Police Department and an additional 5 years experience as a private security guard.
Michael oversees our day-to-day operations and is head of our Executive Protection Detailed Team. Michael is well known for his attention to detail and his ability to create a safe atmosphere for his clients in various situations.
Giancarlo Osma has over 10 years of law enforcement experience with the New York City Police Department, an additional 8 years experience as a private security guard and consultant in the private security sector.
Giancarlo has extensive training and experience in threat assessment, security analysis and criminal investigations. As well as experience in conducting threat assessments along with coordinating and supervising security teams throughout theTri-State Area.
